executive coaching programs.
I support my clients through fixed duration programs that have predefined goals. Initially there should be an answer to the questions "what is your challenge?" and “why is an executive coach needed?”. A more detailed goal setting is the main focus of the first sessions.
My core expertise is in supporting leaders in technology and women/non-binary in leadership.
Normally the program consists of 7 to 10 coaching sessions. The duration of the program is correlated with how big the initial program goal is. Every separate session can have a local goal, as long as they are helping the client to move towards the overarching program goal.
A typical program overview:
First two sessions: getting to know each other, strategic goal setting, goal refinement, tactical challenges, self-awareness through reflection
Central sessions: self-awareness through external assessments (e.g. MBTI, 16 personalities, CliftonStrengths, custom 360 feedback, etc.), reassessing the initial goal, progress towards the goal
Last two sessions: reflection on the progress, conclusions, planning future steps (to be done without the coach), “closure”
Examples of the program goals:
How can I be a better leader and maintain my work-life balance?
How can I feel more self-confident?
How can I think about my work duties in a way that gives me purpose and fulfilment?
What can be my next career step?
What are the mindsets that limit me in my impact and my development?
How can I overcome the biases and leverage the opportunities of being a women/non-binary in leadership/technology?
