My name is Teya Dzyuba.
First and foremost I am a human. Like any human I am simultaneously imperfect and amazing. I make mistakes, I learn from them, and I try to learn something new every single day.
I hold degrees in Finance and Economics, Computer Science, and Information Technology. I have certifications in various agile methodologies, and completed various training programs in leadership and coaching. I am an MBTI Certified Practitioner. I am a Certified Executive Coach by Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
I started my professional career in 2005 as a software developer and algorithm engineer. I hold multiple patents in graph optimization techniques and road traffic processing.
Along the years I held various management and leadership positions across engineering and product. I worked in both B2C and B2B, big corporations and startups. My domain experience includes game development, automotive, embedded development, cloud technologies, IoT, and applied robotics.
My years with Google and TomTom were the most defining experiences that enabled me to build my coaching philosophy.
As a manager and leader I have been following a coaching approach since 2014. I coached and mentored direct reports and individuals within and outside my organizations.
My complete CV is available on LinkedIn.
I worked with multiple executive coaches. I was supported by executive mentors. I am truly grateful for the impact they had on my development as a human being and as a professional. I would not be who I am without them. I give back to the world by helping others through being an executive coach and mentor myself.
